In 1957, Prince Akihito (the Emperor Emeritus) have stayed here at this inn along with many other writers and artists have stayed here and presented us with their works.
There is a memorial for Wakayama Bokusui ＆Takahama Kyoshi (Japanese poets) in our garden and their poems indicates that this area was used to keep birds.
Every year, wild birds visit every season entertaining us with their beautiful songs.
